Raccolta di vari testi giuridici, nota anche come Breviarium Alarici, probabilmente originaria della regione dell'Alto Reno. È preceduta da due estratti delle Etimologiae di Isidoro che riguardano anche le leggi e due tabelle sulle parentele a piena pagina. Alla fine vi è un glossario latino-ebraico-greco. Manoscritto eccezionalmente colorato, che trasmette un'impressione di antichità, e uno splendido frontespizio. È servito da base per l'edizione del Breviarium Alarici di Johannes Sichard (da lui considerato il Codex Theodosianus), pubblicato da Heinrich Petri a Basilea nel 1528. Il volume è arrivato a Berna nel 1632 dal lascito di Jacques Bongars.
